I did a silly thing and didn't put any pesto up this summer. Makes me sad:(
ReplyDeletehi there, thanks for your comment on my blog. In response, I was pretty exhausted doing the OAMC but I am still glad I did it. I think though I need a different approach. Since it is just me (unfortunately, since my family has passed), I didn't have to do as much to make several meals out of a single recipe, however, the problem was that I'd still need to make several recipes to get the variety. I think, next month, I will make a couple big recipes again, and then throughout the month make a few other recipes and freeze the leftovers (which I was doing anyway) But perhaps i would've done better had I been more organized. We shall see.
ReplyDeleteHamburger Soup is one of my favorite wintertime meals. I should post the recipe soon, so many people have asked me about it.
Thanks again for popping by. hope you will come again soon.
Mmmm, menu looks fab! Recipes to follow??
ReplyDeleteThis menu would certainly spice up my dishes and get me out the cooking slump!
